定位器，控制器和感应器
任何气动控制系统的精度取决于阀对控制信号的反应和定位。由于气动膜片的迟滞性和管线压力和压差的变化，将会使得阀位和控制信号无法同步，解决这一问题的方法是安装定位器。定位器对控制信号和阀位的反馈信号进行比较，从而相应改变至执行器的气动信号。这样使得阀的位置得到保证，并能克服压差变动、阀杆阻力和膜片迟滞性的影响。
